Shared-bath setup
Your private bedroom has its own in-room sink, so everyday washing and getting ready do not require a trip to the hallway bathroom. Six rooms share two hallway bathrooms, and the bathrooms are cleaned multiple times daily. The room also includes access to a shared kitchen, laundry, lobby, and common areas.
A queen bed is standard. Two single beds may be available in limited rooms; confirm your preferred setup when you ask about dates.

Yes. The minimum stay is 1 month, but your move-out date does not need to fall on an exact monthly anniversary. Submit your actual move-in and expected move-out dates; pricing for extra partial-month days is quoted directly based on the dates.
Is the $1,750 room available now?
Yes, the shared-bath room type is currently available. Your exact move-in date, room, and building are confirmed before booking because inventory can change.
How is the bathroom shared?
Your private bedroom has its own in-room sink for everyday washing and getting ready. Six rooms share two hallway bathrooms, which are cleaned multiple times daily.
Can I eat in my room?
Yes. You are welcome to eat in your private room. A shared kitchen and a spacious hotel-style lobby are also available for meal prep, occasional dining, working, and relaxing.
How much does laundry cost?
Coin-operated laundry is available on-site. Current machine pricing is generally under $5, but the exact price is posted on each machine and may change.
Is monthly room cleaning included?
One room cleaning per month is currently included at no charge. If the partner hotel raises its rates while a legacy renter keeps an unchanged monthly rent, continued room cleaning may cost $50 per cleaning.
Can a mini-fridge be provided?
