When you ask a question, request a tour, or submit an application, we collect the information shown in that form. This may include your name, email, phone number, preferred dates, room preference, occupation, LinkedIn or another social media profile, personal website, and the details you choose to share.
How it is used
We use submitted information to answer questions, check availability, coordinate tours, review rental requests, verify applicants, prepare lease materials, prevent abuse, and maintain the service. A submitted profile link is used for rental-request review and is not displayed publicly by Stay Monthly SF. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers and analytics
The website uses service providers for hosting, email delivery, form processing, storage, and analytics. Analytics data helps us understand which pages lead to inquiries, but form analytics should not contain names, email addresses, or other directly identifying form values.
Retention and requests
Information is retained only as reasonably needed for rental operations, recordkeeping, security, and applicable obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion, use the website question form and identify the request clearly.
